Returns & Refund Policy
All Awnly products are made to order to your exact specifications. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
Made to Order
Because each product is custom manufactured to the dimensions and specifications you provide, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect measurements supplied by the customer. Please double-check your measurements before placing your order. Our Buying Guide has full instructions on how to measure correctly.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@awnly.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the fault or damage
We will assess your claim and, where a genuine manufacturing defect or transit damage is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund at our discretion.
Warranty
- Fabric: 5 years against UV degradation and fading under normal use
- Hardware & mechanisms: 2 years against manufacturing defects
- Motors (Somfy/Alpha): 5 years (manufacturer warranty applies)
Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, extreme weather events, or failure to maintain the product in accordance with our care instructions.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
