Awnly Warranty

Last updated: 6 August 2026

We stand behind our products. This warranty applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — it does not limit or replace them.

Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Product warranty

The awnings, blinds and componentry we supply carry manufacturer warranties, which we pass through to you. Warranty periods vary by product and component (for example, frames, fabrics, and motors may each carry different periods). The specific warranty terms for your product are confirmed with your order. These warranties generally cover defects in materials and manufacture under normal use and correct installation.

What is not covered

Warranties generally do not cover: normal wear and tear; damage from misuse, accident, or failure to follow care and operating instructions; damage from extreme weather, storms or events beyond normal use; unauthorised modification or repair; or products not installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Made-to-measure products are not covered for change of mind (see the Returns & Refunds Policy).
